Ireland!! At times we were definitely the Griswold Ireland!! At times we were definitely the Griswolds. We survived the driving without any accidents (many near misses), enjoyed the beauty of the landscape and shared many laughs and a few pints of Guinness.
You can do hard things! The past several months y You can do hard things! The past several months you could find me studying during my “free time” - 100’s of pages of text, flash cards, learning modules, all the things and last Wednesday I sat for my Level 3, Certified CrossFit Trainer Exam. On Jan.21 he suffered a stroke during class. He is now doing the hardest WOD’s of his life: working to rehab from the effects of the stroke. We were fortunate to have Alex present during our throw down of 26.1 where he was able to cheer from the sidelines. Hoping he will be back to crush it in 2027. ALL IN FOR ALEX! Talk about Spirit of the Open!!
