Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with a special interest in active populations. Areas commonly treated include: shoulder, back, hip, knee, ankle and neck pain. All appointments are one-on-one with the physical therapist.

TAILORED EXERCISE PROGRAMS

Movements to target your specific needs including strength, mobility and stability to help you reach your goals and get you back to doing all the things you enjoy. Exercises may include specific programming to also improve performance in the gym and on the field.

BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION (BFR)

BFR training is a technique that combines low intensity exercise with blood flow occlusion that produces similar results to high intensity training.

MANUAL THERAPY

Hands on techniques to help improve your joint mobility, soft tissue flexibility, and improve pain so you can get back to moving and enjoying life! This may include joint mobilizations, joint manipulations and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization such as Graston technique.
